# MCP Census and Glama

Glama publishes a public registry of MCP servers. The MCP Census checks public evidence and returns PASS, REVIEW, BLOCK, or UNKNOWN. A Glama listing is not a Census decision, and we do not copy a Glama score.

On 15 October 2026 the title of https://glama.ai/mcp/servers was “Open-Source MCP Servers – 98,824 in the Glama Registry”. That count is theirs, not a Census measurement.

Their terms of service say the service is provided by Glama LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The same terms define “Registry” as Glama’s public directories of MCP servers, MCP connectors, and related integrations.

A Census nightly job can record that a server appears in Glama’s public catalog. That flag is a citation. It is not Glama’s quality score.

The Census does not host a Glama gateway and does not score a server safe to run.

Their methodology URL did not return an article to this checker on 15 October 2026, so this page does not describe that pipeline.
